The hotel had a fantastic on-site bar with live music every evening, which was a hit with the whole family. We enjoyed sipping refreshing drinks while listening to the talented musicians, creating a lively and entertaining atmosphere that made our evenings truly memorable.
My kids wished there was a dedicated play area for children.

The room at Neptunus was absolutely lovely, with a big and comfortable bed. The beautiful setting added to the overall charm of the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and the friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the ample parking available. I would highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing and cozy stay.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and our room was absolutely fantastic. The location was ideal, with plenty of parking available. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made breakfast even better would be more variety in the choices offered.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, situated right next to a beautiful river. the rooms were lovely, with spacious beds and all the necessary amenities. the bathroom had a spa bath, perfect for unwinding after a long road trip. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great, with a relaxing view out over the canal.
The parking situation was a bit frustrating, as some guests took up multiple spaces for their cars.

The breakfast at this place was beyond amazing, absolutely mind-blowing! The friendly staff made the experience even better. The room was super spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The shower was a bit interesting, but despite the instructions being in Flemish or French, it didn't matter because we still managed to make it work. The location was in a beautiful setting with ample parking available. The set-up of the hotel was quite interesting as well. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
